Warranty repair

When we have the required details and we have confirmed that your watch is covered by our warranty, you will receive an authorization and you can send your watch.

The out-of-warranty repair

If your repair is not covered by the warranty, we offer affordable options for repairing any damage that may result from everyday use.

If you need to send your watch to our service center, please contact us along with a photo of the broken watch. After we have de details, you will receive an authorization and the price for a repair.

Please note that for the repair of the watch, we will try to complete the repair as quickly as possible. The normal time for a standard watch repair is 7-14 business days. However, if we need to order parts to complete your repair please note that this will increase the repair time.

Spare parts

Some repairs can be carried out quite simply by yourself or you need a spare part, it is possible to order a part from our workshop.

Please contact us with the model of your watch and the part you need. When we have the required details and we have confirmed the availability of the part, you will receive an authorization and the price of the part.
